rock climbing is rockzzzz!!!

i experirenced my 1st ever rock climbing last tuesday...

it is really nice and so qi kek...

eventhough i dint touch the last rock..

but i already very proud of myself..

because it really need physically n mentally prepare..

kurang one of of that u cant climb..

believe me..

it tak matter whether u are male o female..

often see ppl climb on the adventure tv show..

dun noe why macam easy je..

ya..ia memang easy...

easy when u stand aside with ur two hand infront..

i remember my hand actually shaking non stop once i reach the floor

sweat a lot like a cow...(cow didn sweat )

and no feeling..

without u all i wont try rock climbing...

i happy sangat n tak regret langsung cz experienced rock climbing really occupied me...

it really add a new page in my life...

i will never forgot that day... 30 June 2009 pukul 3.3o if i m nt wrong...haha..

my friend did help me to rec down the video while i m climbing...

may be u need to senget your head when u watch..

actually when i was first watch this video i was shocked of my look n my body...

i had grown so much...

i begitu giant in the video...sad la i...

i remember the istructor ask me..*r u wearing skirt?*

and i secara tak malu ly take up my *skirt * at that moment and show him...

hehe..i really lupa he is a guy aldy..heheh//i malu sangat...and he smile too..

aiya..bt actually nthg also la..i actually wear jean inside lo..

bt if ppl dunnnoe he o she sure thk i wear very short skirt...that skirt is actually a baju la wei...

and at the middle part ot of the video sin ying's hand is actually halang the screen..
